The production department operates over 70 CNC and conventional machine tools, continuously updated to carry out precision machining of components with medium to high complexity.
We perform turning, milling, wire and sink EDM, cylindrical and flat grinding, lapping, drilling, and special processes, ensuring precision, repeatability, and consistent quality. The entire process is monitored through our MES-System, guaranteeing traceability, efficiency, and full process control.

Assembly areas are designed for prototypes and large structures and are equipped with bridge cranes for up to 10 tons. We ensure precise results, reliability, and full compliance with design specifications at every stage of assembly.
On customer request, we carry out functional testing on assembled and wired machines, using control units, simulators, and dedicated measurement instruments.
This stage allows us to validate performance, safety, and system behaviour prior to delivery, reduce start-up times, and ensure reliable operation in line with required standards.
