We manufacture mechanical components to customer drawings for automatic machinery and industrial systems, including flanges, drive shafts, mechanical cams, rotary tables, nozzles, flanged bushings, bushings, hydraulic pistons and locking rings.
All products are machined on multi-axis CNC equipment, inspected using 3D metrology and supplied with full traceability in accordance with applicable standards, from single components to small- and medium-sized production batches.
OMGM MECHANICAL COMPONENTS
OMGM precision mechanical components are developed through the full integration of design, CNC machining, mechanical assembly and dimensional inspection. We manufacture custom parts in small- and medium-volume series, using certified materials and maintaining micrometric tolerances.
